Add possibility to easily exclude ClamAV database from scanning

I got False Positive alarms for items in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.clamwin\db

Is there any easier way to exclude such directory from search, than add Advanced settings as: --exclude-dir=C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.clamwin\db

For example a checkbox for this would be nice.
