I installed ClamWin 0.103.2.1 on windows 8.1 this week. (0.99 was already installed and the install replaced the previous without error or problem.) I deliberately chose not to update the database during install because I've seen problem with frenshclam this years.
Sure enough, when I try to update the DB it is getting stuck for days in a loop of trying to download 140 cdiff patches and failing.

Sure enough when I check that url I end up being filtered through [not good] cloudfair and then presented with
404 Not Found

Why doesn't the clamwin client fall back to the old network of mirrors for when Cloudfair inevitably fails? [Why pull all of our eggs in the Cloudfair basket?]
