Host an unpacked version of the style (+example page)

Upon every release (maybe also for snapshots), upload the contents of the (unpacked) base style distribution during CI (i.e. let Travis do it).

Possibly infra.clarin.eu could be configured to accept and host the build outputs (current and previous versions in parallel, e.g. https://infa.clarin.eu/style/0.1.2/css/bootstrap.css).

Note: this could include a sample page (one is already available in the sources), so that users and contributors can get an easy preview.

https://gitlab.com/CLARIN-ERIC/docker-basestyle-webhook was started for this purpose, but maybe it can be done better with GitHub actions.
