Updates to Matlab plotting routines

Updates include :

• Add 3d capabilities for gauges and regions
• Add new color schemes for plotting parallel regions; allow for solution to be shown on top of parallel regions
• Add time 't' argument to map1d routines.

This will be the last update of ClawGraphics into the VisClaw eco-system. Matlab graphics has now been spun off to a new repo which can be found here :

https://github.com/ForestClaw/ClawGraphics

Files in this new repo will be maintained, so please clone this repo and update your MATLABPATH accordingly.

@donnaaboise it may be worthwhile putting a readme or something similar in this directory that would note that this directory won't be updated any longer and one should look at the new path.

@mandli I've updated three main plotting routines plotclaw<N>.m and clawgraphics.m to include a message about getting latest updates. Also included a README for info with same information.
