Seminar links are becoming unyieldy

Currently we are tracking seminar links via a long list at the bottom of seminars.md, and it is beginning to feel like an anti-pattern.  Perhaps we are getting to the point where we need something a bit more robust to handle this?

@fkmclane does Hugo have any better way to handle this?
