@thomashaw could you please look at this PR in relation to your new networking changes which has touched the same code. Alix did some changes to make networking work with Windows Server, but the merge conflict is a bit confusing without really understanding the new approach completely |

Changed it to determine the currently active interface as opposed to looping through possible interfaces. Also changed subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 and registry location to RunOnce.
