chore: remove AI tool configs and organize project structure
- Remove AI tool directories: .agents, .claude, .claude-skills, .cursor, .kiro, .opencode, .windsurf, _bmad, _bmad-output
- Add .opencode to .gitignore
- Move improvement reports and analysis files to docs/archive/
- Move agent_tasks and design-artifacts to docs/archive/
- Remove temporary files: coverage XMLs, coverage.json, None, .tmp_patch_marker1 parent 2e0d1e7 commit 5820593
