This change updates the top and template editor TUIs. Adds line numbers and syntax highlights, fixes a number of bugs in the editor that caused undesirable behavior (ctrl+c just quit the app without confirmation), etc. Signed-off-by: Gabriel Adrian Samfira <gsamfira@cloudbasesolutions.com>

This change updates the top and template editor TUIs. Adds line numbers and syntax highlights, fixes a number of bugs in the editor that caused undesirable behavior (ctrl+c just quit the app without confirmation), etc.
The syntax highlight adds new vendored dependencies, which adds to the line nr count.
