Aggregated totals across all matching accounts receivable ledgers.

paid	float	Sum of all payments across matching AR ledgers, in the smallest currency unit.	[optional]
balance	float	Sum of outstanding balances across matching AR ledgers (total minus paid), in the smallest currency unit.	[optional]
