nit: We don't show 'press t + enter` to open a tunnel in this gif (presumably because we are running a pre-release) but it would be great to show it so it's clearer what's happening.

Updated the demo gif to include a press t + enter hint. This is running off a pre-release and should be released either later today or Monday.

Updated instructions for starting a tunnel and added details on named tunnels.
Summary
We just shipped named tunnel support for both Wrangler and the Cloudflare Vite plugin. This updates the docs and add a changelog entry.
