This PR only modifies CI workflows and adds a reviewer prompt file. No source code changes, no public API impact. No changeset needed per AGENTS.md (CI-only changes are exempt). LGTM |

Adds a workflow for automatic PR review using Bonk, including agent instructions for the reviewer.
Also updates the existing Bonk workflow to unpin the OpenCode version (latest should be fine) and to use Claude Opus 4.7.
