BREAKING CHANGE: The Origin CA Service Key (serviceKeyRef) authentication method has been removed. API token authentication (tokenRef) is now the sole supported method. Existing OriginIssuer/ClusterOriginIssuer resources using serviceKeyRef must be migrated to tokenRef before upgrading.
