fix Disk and Instance field of metadata in ComputeEngine

ComputeEngine has the following issues:

• Two disk names are displayed in the table.
• Instance State is not visible when downloading Instance to Excel
• Some OS of the instance does not appear

Result

• Instance State is not visible when downloading Instance to Excel

Modified so that the instance state is displayed properly in the console.
When downloading excel, the instance state is also fine.

• Some OS of the instance does not appear

In the case of a vm instance (node) created in GKE, we have confirmed the problem that os info does not appear in the existing console. We have confirmed that importing a version of container optimized os is currently restricted by logic, and the problem that it does not appear first has been temporarily resolved.

Further work is needed so that we can get the archtecture and vesion for the container optimized os.
