An introduction is needed

It'll be very useful an introduction section:

• Explaining which are the components involved and their mission (can point or reuse https://github.com/cloudfoundry/oss-docs/blob/master/bosh/documentation/documentation.md)
• Which are the objectives of the different steps we're going to follow (create bosh in order to ..., create stemcell in order to ..., ...)
