[BUG] Data Source for cloudfoundry app and cloudfoundry apps does not retun values in attribute instances

The field instances for the datasources cloudfoundry_app and cloudfoundry_apps does not return a value.

Expected Behavior

I would expect the datasource to return the same number of instances that is returned by the CF CLI for a cloudfoundry app.

we used OpenTofu v1.11.2

The Bug can be reproduced by running tofu init and todu plan with this simple terraform file:

The output returns null for the app attribute instances

As per CAPI V3, instance counts are process-specific rather than app-level attributes. Therefore, the V3 API exposes the instances value under the processes block, typically for the process of type web.

In the data sources, this value can be accessed through the processes attribute. For example:

@ANUGRAHG you are right with the V3 API. In fact we implemented our terraform stack to read the number of app instances from the process block once we noticed that the top-level instances attributes returns null.

I consider this to be a bug nonetheless: The documentation for the terraform provider clearly describes the instances attribute for the datasource. I expect that the provider returns some meaningful value for this attribute. If this is not feasible or not intended the attribute should be removed. Both options are fine with me.
