I just get a blank screen when running the app

I followed the instructions

1. npm install
2. npm run build:dev
3. npm start

Everything looks fine on terminal, and I see the title of the html page is "Your Cool React App!", but the page itself is empty.

Is blank because the App component (https://github.com/cloverfield-tools/universal-react-boilerplate/blob/master/source/shared/components/app/index.js) is only returning the title.
So I don't think this is a bug...
