Annotate image widget (#1129)

* Setup first pass with testing environment changes

* Improved Modal to annotate

* Better aesthetic and close to being rjsf component

* Moved to tsx and using fileid

* Can use in extractors now

* removed border

* Remove package-lock conflicts

* Modified to use bounding boxes instead of points

* Remove `install` package from Pipfile since it doesn't exist anymore (who knows what it was for in the first place).
Fix version to `pydantic = "1.10.13"`.
