Key problem to be solved:

1. The text boxes are too long for reading the content inside
2. Users will want to figure out relational steps, since that’s the ultimate goal for building this folder. They can choose to skip Registration with Keycloak #3 and Registration with keycloak #3 #4 steps
3. When uploading a file, entering metadata before uploading the file gives insufficient context

1. Shrink the text box width
2. Add and
3. Fix the “back” issue, record the answers in each step
4. Switch the sequence of uploading the file and entering metadata

Please note that we just re-organize things around for now, please reuse whatever you've already had in the implementation, no worries about the line space or width of the input boxes, for now you can decide the number but just to keep the number consistent in each steps (pages)
