Deprecate keyboard ROS package dependancy

In the nsl branch, that will be merged later, I have exposed mouse/keyboard events from PyBullet to ROS. Therefore, the dependency on the keyboard package is redundant. Examples that will need modifying

• run_teleop.py
• run_lfd.py
