[Bug](Security Group): Edit on the DataGrid and details of Security group page

Description
Error message shown on return to modal

Steps to Reproduce

1. When trying to Edit Security Group after filling the form the error appears
2. After closing the modal and editing another item form DataGrid (overflow menu)
3. The same error appears

Expected Behavior
The selection of another item should clear error message from the modal
AND
When the user do not have permission and in this case it is so they should not be able to see the edit option in the overflow menu

As a user with no permission to perform action on the item I should not be able to see the action
