Ceph RGW dashboards update (#41)

* ceph-rgw-api-usage: remove dashboard (#308)

Remove the `ceph-rgw-api-usage` dashboard. Due to changes in Prysm it
does no longer show any information. The needed metrics have been
removed from Prysm.

Remove 'all' label filters on ceph-rgw-overview and
ceph-rgw-overview-additions to reflect changes that have been applied to
Prysm.
