Updating index after settings change won't work

Hi!
I just saw you added support for Vuejs files - #158 - so after doing pipx upgrade cocoindex-code I decided to add that **/*.vue pattern to the include_patterns of my project settings.yml file.

I then restarted the daemon with ccc daemon restart so I could see the new pattern when doing ccc doctor 👍

But when I launch ccc index it does NOT index the Vue files.

The project in question is quite big, it took me an hour long to initially index it so I don't want to throw that away every time I adjust the settings.

Am I missing something?

I had the parent folder in the exclude_patterns. Works wonder now 🤦

So, 2 things here:

1. that would be good if there was some indication on how to update the index. I had to figure to restart the daemon so the updated settings are taken into account
2. I'm not sure how the include/exclude patterns are applied. For example, I had that parent folder excluded but I still wish to exclude most of its content except for the folder containing the Vue files and I don't feel like playing around to find out what work and what doesn't

I've just updated the settings (added an exclude pattern, moved another from include to exclude) and it applied without me needing to do anything.
