feat: Bump Dependencies CF-2149 CF-2153

- Bump Codacy-mcp-server version
- Bump Override qs and jws versions
- Bump @vscode/vsc from 2.20.1 to 2.32.0

@vscode/vsc depends on qs and jws
2.32.0 is the latest pre–major-release
update. This version is the closest
match to the required qs and jws versions.

This should help with compatibility since we
force qs and jws versions.
