[USER ISSUE] Reading bundles is slow on frontend

Describe the bug
When reading large bundles on blob-prod, the files are very slow to load on the frontend.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior :

1. Go to https://worksheets.codalab.org/bundles/0x276cf6eb0c8049549deb5771823a5099
2. Wait for bundle to load
3. Click on any file and try to load it.

Expected behavior
Both the bundle loading and individual file loading should take much longer than expected to load. (>10 seconds)
