a lot of solutions exist for getting the java runtime

ibkr has done a lot of work bundling it into their own installers which is safe

alternatively you can have github actions download and package these things with the script you have from the URLs and have it upload to releases. otherwise i don't know if someone will PR something random into the repo.

So I actually created most of the Java runtimes for a simple, single installation and running command, but it had plenty of issues (variations in distros, reaching the maximum size in NPM, and just general bad pattern).

IMO I want to download lazily and not maintain these at all within the repo, and I think that's the direction I'm going to take
