…~12x) (#10759) Result hydration was calling date-fns-timezone's formatToTimeZone on every timestamp/date cell, which re-parses the format string per call. Replaced it with a hand-rolled UTC formatter that produces byte-identical output and benchmarks ~12× faster (665k → 8M ops/s on 1M-iter median).
