Evals is now generally available, so drop the preview framing from the docs page: - Remove the opening "in preview / may change / contact support to activate" Warning callout. - Reword the Questions-tab Note to drop "While in preview". - Rename "Preview limitations" to "Limitations" and remove the support-activation bullet, since activation is no longer required.
