A segment inside a filter tree was treated as a fatal subtree extraction failure, so FILTER_PARAMS fell back to always_true() and rendered as `1 = 1` instead of the real predicates. Skip segments during extraction, keep AND-group pruning for matching members, and require full matches for OR groups. Add unit tests for segment siblings and partial OR branches, plus an integration test asserting the predicates land in the base SQL. Co-authored-by: Hank Ditton <hank@squareup.com>
