In order to keep the release notes up to date with changes on `main` since the v4.5.4 patch release, this PR updates `next.mdx` with new entries and bumps `last_version` to v4.5.4. Changes: - Updated `last_version` from v4.5.3 to v4.5.4 - Added featured "What's new" section for shape attribution and `TLUserStore` (#8147) - Added API changes entry for #8147 - Added bug fix for zero-length labeled arrows causing shapes to disappear (#8329) - Added bug fix for "back to content" button flickering (#8334, community contribution by @kaneel) ## Change type - [x] `other` ## Test plan - [ ] Verify the release notes render correctly on the docs site ## Code changes | Section | Files changed | | ------------- | ------------- | | Documentation | `apps/docs/content/releases/next.mdx` |
