fix(graphql): Add ownerid field to User type

This PR resolves the GraphQLError: Cannot query field 'ownerid' on type 'User.' by adding the ownerid field to the GraphQL User type definition and its corresponding resolver.

Previously, clients attempting to query ownerid directly on the User type would encounter an error, as this field was not explicitly defined in the schema, even though the underlying Owner model contains this attribute. The ownerid was only accessible via me { trackingMetadata { ownerid } }.

This change makes the User type more complete and directly exposes the ownerid as expected by some clients, aligning the GraphQL schema with the underlying data model.

Look, I get it. The entity doing business as "Sentry" was incorporated in the State of Delaware in 2015 as Functional Software, Inc. In 2022 this entity acquired Codecov and as result Sentry is going to need some rights from me in order to utilize my contributions in this PR. So here's the deal: I retain all rights, title and interest in and to my contributions, and by keeping this boilerplate intact I confirm that Sentry can use, modify, copy, and redistribute my contributions, under Sentry's choice of terms.
