Overview
Bumps the Rust challenge toolchain from 1.95 to 1.96 across compiled starters, starter templates, and sample solution trees.
rust-versioninCargo.toml,buildpack: rust-1.96(and comments) incodecrafters.yml, and README guidance now require cargo (1.96). Starter templateconfig.ymlupdates the required executable accordingly.Adds
