fix: use correct Bedrock inference profile ID (no :0 suffix)

The cross-region inference profile for Claude Opus 4.6 on Bedrock is
`us.anthropic.claude-opus-4-6-v1`, not `us.anthropic.claude-opus-4-6-v1:0`.
