- Add missing trailing newline in incoming/fare_attributes.txt
- Restore route_text_color to ffffff (white) for routes 10, 11, 20, 30, 40, 85
to match the current feed (incoming had changed them to black)
- Keeps route 65 name update ("Airport-JWL LK-SPNRD") from incoming
