Upgrade Instagram poster to instagrapi#64

InstaPy is abandoned and uses Selenium browser automation. instagrapi uses direct API calls — faster, lighter, and actively maintained. Also enables debug=False so Instagram posting runs in CI.
• Removed INSTAGRAM_PROXY from workflow and instagram.py • Added random 0-33 min delay to randomize post timing

Summary
• Replaced InstaPy with instagrapi (more reliable)
• Removed proxy support
• Enabled Instagram poster in main.py
• Added branch trigger for testing
