Identify reason for state aid difference

There seems to be a difference of 11,503,084.66 between the tableau visual and balance dataset for category_code: 70 'Aid to Local Units of Government'.

1,131,689,158.99 (sum of balance dataset)
1,120,186,074.33 (tableau)

=11,503,084.66 DIFF

These two apps/visualizations share the same data source, but they are not updated at exactly the same time. There will definitely be some discrepancies.

If historical data has changed, I would think the Transparency portal should get in sync as well.

I have pushed updated json files with current data as of October 5.

JSON files match online to tableau. Again, why a difference between the original dataset and the json files?
