Enhance Ableton manual with detailed navigation instructions
- Updated the Arrangement View Navigation page to include improved formatting for keyboard shortcuts and modifiers. - Added new sections on optimizing track height and width, as well as detailed instructions for using the Arrangement Overview. - Clarified zooming and scrolling techniques, including automatic scrolling with playback in Follow mode.
