This directory contains all project-scoped Codex extensions:

• instruction baseline via root AGENTS.md
• execution policy rules in rules/default.rules
• custom subagent definitions in agents/
• reusable skills in skills/
• runtime configuration in config.toml

• .codex/config.toml for runtime settings
