Feature Request: Personal Performance Dashboard

Problem

Currently, users can view their leaderboard ranking, but there is no dedicated space to track their individual growth and coding journey over time.

Proposed Solution

Introduce a "My Progress" dashboard where users can monitor their personal LeetCode performance and improvement metrics.

Features

1. Personal Statistics Overview

• Total problems solved
• Easy, Medium, and Hard problems solved
• Current ranking
• Global LeetCode ranking (if available)
• Acceptance rate

2. Progress Tracking

• Problems solved over time
• Weekly and monthly growth
• Total submissions trend

3. Improvement Analytics

• Problems solved this week vs previous week
• Problems solved this month vs previous month
• Difficulty-wise improvement analysis
• Personal best streaks

• Encourages consistent problem-solving
• Helps users focus on self-improvement, not just rankings
• Provides clear insights into coding progress and performance trends

🛠️ Suggested Implementation

Backend

• Extend the existing user data model to store historical snapshots of LeetCode statistics.
• Create API endpoints to fetch user-specific analytics and progress data.
• Compute weekly/monthly growth metrics by comparing historical records.

Frontend

• Add a dedicated "My Progress" page accessible from the navigation bar.
• Display statistics using summary cards for quick insights.
• Visualize trends using charts and graphs (e.g., problems solved over time, submission trends).
• Ensure the dashboard is fully responsive for desktop and mobile devices.

Data Analytics

• Calculate:

  • Weekly vs previous week growth
  • Monthly vs previous month growth
  • Difficulty-wise distribution (Easy/Medium/Hard)
  • Current and best solving streaks

• Generate trend data from the historical statistics already being collected.

Possible Enhancements (Future Scope)

• Achievement badges and milestone tracking.
• Personalized performance insights and recommendations.
