First of all, thank you for creating such a great plugin. It's awesome.

Feature Description

Support for opening claude code with --continue or --resume, adding commands like ClaudeCodeContinue or ClaudeCodeResume?

Use Case

There are many cases where --continue is needed to pick up previous work when restarting neovim or pc, and sometimes I also want to use --resume to select and resume a specific session.

What are your thoughts on making the :ClaudeCode command accept arguments?
Say, if you were to map a key binding like <leader>ar to :ClaudeCode --resume?
