[BUG] Proposed change has no syntax highlighting

Bug Description

When Claude Code opens the proposed change, it has no syntax highlighting due to a missing filetype of the diff file.

To Reproduce

Ask Claude Code for a change in a file you have syntax highlighting in (e.g. typescript)

Expected Behavior

Syntax Highlighting should be same as origin file.

Environment

• Neovim version: 0.11.2
• Claude Code CLI version: 1.0.16
• OS: macOS 15.3.1
• Plugin version: 0.1.0

Additional Context

If you execute :set filetype=typescript the diff is displayed correctly.

Yes, that makes total sense. I didn't think of setting the ft. I'll look into adding that logic.
