[BUG] Ctrl+enter does not produce new line like in `claude` directly on the command line

Bug Description

In claude in the terminal outside of neovim, it's possible to add a new line by hitting ctrl+enter, however this doesn't do anything when running claudecode.nvim.

Do you mean option+enter or shift+enter?

You can use Ctrl + j in Claude Code deafult

No, ctrl+enter works for me in the terminal. However, it doesn't work in neovim and neither does ctrl+j. Does it work for you in claude code inside neovim?

You can also use Ctrl+j to break the line even if you run Claude Code in the Neovim terminal.
It works fine in my environment
If you can't break the line, it might be that some kind of keymap setting is batting

When I run claude in a terminal:

• Ctrl+j does break the line = adds newline
• Ctrl+Enter does not

macOS with wezterm terminal

This is probably on my side with some plugin/binding interfering. However, I've tried unsetting the <C-j> map to no avail. I'll report back here in case I should find a solution but will close this as it's not a bug.
