[BUG] the diffs are opening and closing fast auto accepting

Bug Description

the IDE integration is working but when it generates a diff it opens and close a buffer really fast not giving me a change to review the diff

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

i just installed as on readme
open claudecode
ask to do whatever and

Expected Behavior

expected to have a chance to review the diff

Environment

• Neovim version: NVIM v0.12.0c
• Claude Code CLI version: 1.0.43
• OS: 15.3.2
• Plugin version: latest

installed on top of a lazyvim config

update the problem was caused by the autosave plugin on my nvim.
fixed by changing the config as follows:

Nice find! okuuva/auto-save.nvim does the default check before looking at the custom condition, so that first part can be omitted with it:

Hey @WillianPaiva, thanks for opening this issue.

We have an auto command set up for writes in the diff view, so if one accepts it using :w, we automatically send that back to Claude Code. (see the Working with Diffs section in: https://github.com/coder/claudecode.nvim#working-with-diffs)

Since this might be a common issue for anyone using those plugins, would you, @ehaynes99 and @WillianPaiva, be interested in contributing those examples to the Readme? (A collapsed section below the working with diffs paragraph?)
