[Suggestion] Allow ghosts to select which sound to play when pressing 'V'

Playing random audio was fun at first, but the people I play with are finding it more and more annoying. If it isn't too difficult, perhaps a sound wheel similar to the emote wheel from TooManyEmotes would be fitting.

That could be an idea. One idea I had also had was to allow multiple folders in the "sounds" folder, basically acting as sound categories. That way you could choose to play spooky sounds, funny sounds, that kind of stuff.
