めちゃくちゃ細かいのですが、後でやること・やりたいことは TODO として記載するとわかりやすそうです👍

やったこと
メモID=342（播磨科学公園都市 in 兵庫県）が欠番になっているため、CIテストの Dojo validate id sequence が失敗中。#1723 がマージされれば解決しそう。
