Change Summary

Bumped dependencies. We're now using tailwind 4, eslint 9, tanstack query 5, and typescript 6.

Change Form

• moved the styles declared in tailwind.config.ts into global.css, as per the new standards from tailwind four
• converted eslint configuration in eslint.config.mjs to flat format
• updated to django six and replaced some deprecated syntax from poetry in readme
