Create Event Page Tabs

The Event page's tabs should allow users to browse through events based on different timeframes.

Timeframes include (refer to Figma):

• Current
• Upcoming
• Past

Frontend Requirements

• Refer to Primary and Secondary buttons from Create Button Components #25 or Figma

Backend Requirements

• Dynamically link the page routing based on the specified tabs' timeframes
• As days go by, outdated events should automatically show up in "Past" events tab

This issue would be dependent on the completion of Primary/Secondary buttons from #25
