Create Card Component

Make the React card component following the Figma design.

The card should always include:

• Cover image
• Title or heading text
• Short description
• Button to view more

It should also include the following conditional (optional) fields:

• Author
• Date and time

Usage:

• The basic card will be used on the home page and other places where there is not an author or date/time.
• The cards on the news and resources pages will also include author and date/time where applicable.

Do we want people to be able to add just an author or datetime individually? Or should i require both together?

Option of either individually would be great! I think usually there would be both, but nice to have that option just in case.
