Replace arrow emoji in event highlight cards.

The event highlight cards on the landing page uses a play button emoji as an arrow. For consistency and visual quality this should be replaced with an appropriate icon. lucide-react should have an appropriate icon. The component is /client/src/components/ui/eventHighlightCard.tsx.
