save data with inline tool

hi, i want to create an inline tool which has different Options

but the data in the inline tool does never call the save method is there a way to create a Inline tool with options which are using data?

in renderAction i want to render my Settings panel but i have no idea how to save this data when i create a simple block it calls the save method
