Create a document

From the Welcome Screen

1. Tap the compose icon.
   
2. Tap the file name field, and type in the desired name.
   
3. If you want to create a different type of document (e.g. Plain Text), tap the extension field.
   

• In the dialog that appears, tap one of the extensions.
  

4. Tap the "create" button.
   

• Edit your new document!
  

From the Sidebar

1. Open the sidebar.
   
2. Tap on the "Create document" item.
   
3. Tap the file name field, and type in the desired name.
   
4. If you want to create a different type of document (e.g. Plain Text), tap the extension field.
   

• In the dialog that appears, tap one of the extensions.
  

5. Tap the "create" button.
   

• Edit your new document!
